6 Heartfelt Things To Do When You’re Feeling Low πŸ’«

Have you ever found yourself in a slump cause I have been there too and you being able to find this means you real love yourself that you were able to search. Here are some things I do to feel better and much happier. Let's get righttt into it.πŸ™ˆπŸ₯³

1. Praying πŸ’•

This is the most important to me because praying is simply talking to God.Praying is talking to God, our Creator. It's comforting to speak with the One who truly understands. Often, what causes our low moods is fear of the future or regret from the past. Talking to God helps bring peace, calm, and clarity.

2. JournalingπŸ’«

This is also known to be writing. Writing down whatever you are feeling. For me personally I write things I'm grateful for but if I still feel that sting in my heart I let it out to my book , I don't use a book though I use an app and I have my reasons but whatever you choose is fine just let out that negativity.  I heard journaling is stressful to some of my people well there is another way but it is seen to be not so normal but do you you can just say what ever your feeling out, saying something you went through that hurt you actually makes you realise so many things and also makes you feel better.

3. Singing and DancingπŸ’ž

This time we should do it freely listen to the music sing the song the way you can dance to the beat let everything go and just go with its vibe at this moment your mind should be focused on only one thing and well if you say what of when I turn off the music by that time the pain or fear you are feeling has gone or reduced to an extent.

4. Talking to a trusted person πŸ’›

I'm really not a fan of this cause I hardly do this and I have my reasons but you know I believe it will also help. I sometimes go to my trusted friend and talk it all out and this time I'm actually given words of comfort and advice. The only reason I don't do this so much is because I don't want to be a burden.

5. Self care πŸ’…

Take an hour of your time to care for yourself — maybe a hot shower, some slow music… . This moment just focus on you and let go of the negative thoughts.

6. Reading πŸ“š

I don't actually read some fancy books but my journals or diary especially when I'm feeling regrets of the past cause in there the reason I made any decision is there incase I forgot and this just gives me the assurance that I did the right thing and everything will be okayyy.

These are just a few things I do to feel better. If you have your own ways of lifting your mood, please share them — I’d love to hear from you! ❤️

Remember, you're human. It's okay to cry, to feel, and to rest. As long as there's life, there's hope. Thank you so much for reading this far. Stay strong and stay kind to yourself πŸ’‹πŸ’•
